To kick off the New Year, we are reflecting on the achievements of our outstanding students. In December, our staff nominated several individuals for Student of the Month, with a special focus on those who have shown significant growth in the first semester—academically, behaviorally, or socially. Please join us in celebrating the hard work and dedication of all our nominees!
December 2025 Student of the Month Winners include:
5th Grade - Jesse Roberts - Jesse has really improved as the school year has progressed. He has been following rules in the gym, plays games respectfully, and has a positive attitude in physical education.
6th Grade - Jaxsen Exline - Jaxsen is an overall great student at Wirt County Middle School. He is active in class, participates daily, and is always sure to stay on top of his school work! He is a good friend to others and shows many qualities of our school ROCKS PBIS requirements.
7th Grade - Wyatt Reynolds - Wyatt has been very respectful in class and volunteers to do work. He has his work turned in and if he misses he is always working to get caught up.
8th Grade - Shoshanna Martin - Shoshanna has been a bright light in class this year! She cares about her grades, strives for success, and works hard to ensure all work is completed to a high quality and submitted on time. She also has shown growth in her maturity and poise. Shoshanna tries her very best in every activity, interacts well with her peers, and always seems to have a positive attitude.
