Our Intro to STEM students and a few of Ms. Lemley's simulated workplace students traveled to Discovery World on Market today for an AMAZING experience in their Makerspace. Students learned how to design objects in Adobe Illustrator and then cut and engrave using a laser cutter. Students also participated in a fun STEM challenge where they constructed a bow and arrow out of popsicle sticks, rubber bands, and straws. Thank you, Discovery World, for having us today!

The Stocking Stuffer Drive will collect items for residents at the Elizabeth Care Center. The Block the Door Canned Food Drive will benefit The Hope Shop and our Communities in Schools food pantry. Students can bring in items for both collections all month!
