📢 Kindergarten Registration at Wirt County Primary Center 📢
We are excited to announce that kindergarten registration for the 2025-2026 school year at Wirt County Primary Center will be open from March 31 to May 2.
Who needs to be registered?
Children who will be 5 years old before July 1 & are not currently enrolled in PreK at the Primary Center.
How do I register my child?
A parent or guardian must come to the school to pick up a registration packet.
Required Documents:
Certified Birth Certificate
Immunization Records
Well Child Visit documentation
Dental Exam documentation

Permission slips are due tomorrow, Tuesday, March 11, 2025, for our visit from the Coastal Wilds Zoo. Please remember to send those in so all of our students can participate. Participation is free, but permission slips are required from parents.
3rd grade Field Trip fundraiser orders and money due TOMORROW, Friday 3/7/25.
We must have these tomorrow in order to meet our goal of delivery for Friday 3/14/25.

Who doesn't rock socks? Friday, March 7, 2025, will end our Reading Week with Crazy Sock Day, so send your children in their cutest or craziest socks to celebrate the day!

March Hobby Night is March 13, 2025 at the Wirt County Primary Center at 6 pm. Hobby Nights are sponsored by Project Aware and the Coplin Clinics.

Reading Week is nonstop with Wacky Wednesday!. This is the day to have your child look as ridiculous as he/she wants. Let's see how silly everyone can be on Wednesday, March 5, 2025.
Reading Week continues on Tuesday with Green Eggs & Ham Day. Have your child join in the by wearing GREEN to school on Tuesday, March 4, 2025, to celebrate the day.
Monday, March 3, 2025, starts our annual Reading Week. Be sure and send your children to school in their pajamas for our Bedtime Stories' Day.
